On November 24, several hundred members of the maritime industry joined us for the Launch Event of Emirates Shipping Association. The event was held at the Address Fountain Views in Downtown Dubai.

We were delighted to see participation from across the industry, with insights shared by our speakers highlighting the future direction of the maritime industry and the importance of a unifying body and voice.

Industry Growth and A New Vision

Our esteemed panelists included Her Excellency Hessa Al Malek, Advisor to the Minister for Maritime Transport Affairs, MOEIUAE, Abdulkareem Al Masabi CEO, ADNOC Logistics and Services, Waleed Al Tamimi, Deputy CEO and GM of Emirates Classification Society (TASNEEF) , and Anders Østergaard, CEO of Monjasa. Our panelists discussed the latest trends, regulations and best-practices in the maritime sector, as well as updates on the new direction and vision for the Emirates Shipping Association.

We would also like to recognize Hessa Al Malek, members of the MOEIUAE, and our partners ADNOC Group, Emirates Classification Society (TASNEEF), Monjasa, Tristar Group, HFW, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and Black for their contribution in bringing this event to life.
