David Eades, former BBC anchor and climate advocate, delivered the opening address, stressing the need for collective action in driving the industry’s transition to net zero. Trevor Pereira, Managing Director of The Maritime Standard, emphasised the importance of implementing effective climate strategies, highlighting that true progress is reflected in the lasting positive impact of our actions.
